Caramel Apple Fruit Dip
category: Dessert

8oz container whipped cream cheese
16oz container Caramel Apple Dip
Ola Granola (any flavor)
5-6 Granny Smith Apples

Spread cream cheese on bottom of a pie plate or quiche dish with spatula
Carefully spread Caramel to cover cream cheese
Sprinkle desired amount of granola over caramel
Core and slice apples using apple slicer - then slice thicker slices in half. Arrange apples overlapping around the edge of the dish - similar to a sunburst!
Kids and adults love it & it can be made fat free -- use fat free whipped cream cheese and fat free caramel dip.
Enjoy!!

Chocolate
category: Dessert

Here's a delicious and fun way to Ola! Wash and dry any fruits you choose for dipping (strawberries are perfect for this dessert, but I think bananas would work well too). Melt either dark or milk chocolate in double boiler, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, dish Vanilla Almond Ola! into serving bowls (or can use just one bowl for the table). When chocolate is melted and fruit and Ola! have been prepared, serve ... and watch it all disappear!

an apple a day
category: Dessert

i use tart apples like granny smith; core the washed apple down leaving a 1/4 inch.
fill the apple with cranberry orange pecan Ola! you can put a tab of butter but it's not needed.
place in a baking dish with 1/4" of water or if your apples are not tart you can add some orange or lemon juice to the water.
bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes
apples should be soft not mushy
save the pan juices-- reduce the juice on the stove top then glaze the apples!
serve hot or cold -- add ice cream or whipped cream or just as is. enjoy!

Chocolate Ola! Bark
category: Dessert

A great holiday treat, Ola!Bark makes a great gift for family and friends, and is easy to do.

A 12oz bag of chocolate makes a 9 x 13" pan. I suggest using cranberry orange pecan with white chocolate and vanilla almond with darker chocolates.

1. Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water stirring occasionally.
2. Once melted, spread the chocolate on a parchment lined baking sheet and sprinkle generously with Ola! Let set until firm. Tip: you may need to press some of the oats and nuts into the chocolate.
3. Once firm, break into large pieces and enjoy! Keep in a sealed container if not using right away.

vanilla almond apple crisp
category: Dessert

peel and slice about 10 apples. i like granny smiths.
squeeze some lemon juice on slices to prevent browning. mix apples with about 1 tsp of cinnamon and freshly grated nutmeg.
saute apples in a pan with a pat of butter until soft, but not mushy. drizzle some maple syrup over apples to slightly sweeten and cover to retain moisture.

topping
melt 2 tbls of butter and mix into 1 1/4 cups of Ola! Vanilla Almond

put apples into a buttered baking dish (about 9")
spoon Ola! on top of apples, dot with butter and bake for about 15 min at 350.

serve warm with a dollop of fresh whipped cream (i usually add vanilla and cinnamon to mine) or vanilla ice cream and sprinkle a little more Ola! on top. Yum!
